Job Summary:

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative II, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the pharmaceutical industry. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing timely and accurate solutions to their needs. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound calls from customers in the pharmaceutical industry, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze customer concerns and provide effective solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs and issue resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including products, services, and regulations
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Work effectively in a remote environment, utilizing technology to stay connected with colleagues and customers

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese required; Spanish speaking a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a call center environment

  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including products, services, and regulations
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
