Job Overview

As a Live Chat Specialist / Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service through live chat and phone interactions. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support in a timely and professional manner, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times. Your goal will be to exceed performance goals and metrics, while collaborating with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries and issues through live chat and phone calls, providing accurate and timely information about products and services - Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor - Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction, sharing best practices and ideas for continuous improvement - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices - Maintain accurate records and reports, using CRM software and other tools to track customer interactions and performance metrics

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and communication skills - Previous experience in customer service or call center environment, with a proven track record of success and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike - Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think critically and creatively in fast-paced and dynamic environments - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies

Essential Qualifications

- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center environment - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
