Job Summary

We're looking for highly motivated and empathetic Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team in Texas and Florida. As a key member of our Client Services Team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, resolving client queries and concerns, and driving retention goals. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing exceptional customer service and delivering on retention goals as part of the Client Services Team.
  • Ensuring all client questions and concerns are resolved promptly, professionally, and thoroughly via phone and email.
  • Building rapport and trust with clients through open and transparent communication, using our CRM to manage client accounts and document client discussions with detail and clarity.
  • Assisting with reviewing enrollment information to ensure the client's success in completing the program and other key retention activity throughout the program.
  • Taking and managing escalation calls with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Working hand in hand with other supporting departments to ensure our client's success in the program.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of call center experience (preferred but not required).
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
  • 1 year of customer service experience is required, with call center experience preferred.
  • Reliable internet speeds are required.
  • A positive attitude, team player, and empathy to hardship are essential.
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills are necessary.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience working in an administrative or customer service capacity is required.
  • Financial services experience, particularly in banking, personal loans, and credit cards, is a plus.
  • Previous debt settlement experience is highly valued.
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed are essential.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
