Job Summary
As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. You'll work closely with our multicultural teams to propose new alternatives, identify opportunities for improvement, and manage job postings on various platforms. If you're a detail-oriented, proactive, and analytical individual with excellent teamwork and multitasking skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
- Propose new alternatives to identify candidates
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area
- Manage job postings on various platforms and evaluate candidates who apply to them
- Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches
Essential Qualifications
* Proactivity and ability to work in a team
- Marked attention to detail in daily work
- 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
- Advanced English level
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in data entry or a related field
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Skills and Competencies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
