This part-time position offers the flexibility of working from home and involves handling a wide range of customer inquiries via online chat. As a Chat Operator, your primary goal will be to provide accurate and helpful information to customers, schedule appointments, and capture lead information for our clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in online conversations with customers, providing timely and accurate information about products and services.

Training and Support

arenaflex is committed to your success and provides comprehensive on-the-job training via Zoom. This training is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in your role. You will be required to attend 4 weeks of full-time remote training, Tuesday through Saturday, between the hours of 11:00 am and 7:30 pm EDT.
