Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Insurance Specialist, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our insurance office, ensuring that all client needs are met efficiently and effectively. You'll work closely with our team of agents and underwriters to facilitate the insurance process and deliver exceptional service to our clients. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home and enjoy a Mon-Fri schedule.

Responsibilities

* Client Interaction: Manage client inquiries, addressing concerns or inquiries promptly and effectively.

  • Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day office functions, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient operations.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with agents and underwriters to facilitate the insurance process and deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Policy Management: Assist with policy applications, endorsements, and claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Customer Support: Provide support to clients regarding policy details, claims processes, and general insurance inquiries.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as paperwork, scheduling, and office organization to support office efficiency.

Requirements

* Essential Qualifications: + Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, and resourceful. + Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude. + Confident, self-starter who works well independently. + Exceptional Business Writing and Editing Skills. + A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
