Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Answering customer inquiries and providing policy information in a timely and professional manner
• Assisting customers with policy changes and updates, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing disruptions
• Processing insurance claims and following up with customers to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
• Collaborating with other agency team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery
• Anticipating the needs of our community members and proactively addressing their concerns
