Key Responsibilities

  • Process and record incoming payments accurately in the system, ensuring timely and efficient transaction processing.

  • Transcribe data from various sources into databases while ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to data management best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies related to accounts receivable, providing support and expertise as needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the finance team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an accounts receivable or similar role is preferred, with a strong understanding of financial records, transactions, and data management systems.
