Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as customer service, communications, or business administration
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software applications, such as CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or higher preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

  • Experience working with customer service software, such as Saber or other passenger management systems
  • Previous experience in the airline or travel industry, with knowledge of airline operations, policies, and procedures
  • Working knowledge of FAA regulations, TSA policies, and other relevant industry standards
  • Certification in customer service, such as CCSP or CSS
