Job Summary

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients' customers through various communication channels, including phone, internet chat, and email. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and concerns. With comprehensive training provided, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Field inbound telephone calls, internet chat requests, and email requests from customers

  • Provide exceptional customer service support, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize phone, internet, and computer skills to navigate our systems and resolve customer issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and concerns
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Fluency in English: You must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently.
  • Typing Speed: You should be able to type at least 40 words per minute.
  • Internet Connection: You'll need a high-speed DSL or cable connection with a minimum speed of 5 MB down and 384k up, and a preferred speed of 10+ MB down and 512k up.
  • Home Office Space: You'll need a dedicated home office space that is free from distractions and has a door that can be closed and locked. We'll ask you to provide a picture of this space.
  • Computer Requirements: You'll need a personal computer running Windows 10 with a minimum of 4 GB of RAM and a 2.0 GHZ processor, and a recommended configuration of 4 GB of RAM and a Dual Core Processor.
  • Monitor: You'll need a 19-inch flat panel monitor.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
