Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails

Schedule and Flexibility

As a remote worker with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to create a work schedule that suits your needs. While the majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, we offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your lifestyle. You'll have the opportunity to work a variety of shifts, including morning, afternoon, and evening hours, to ensure that you can balance your work and personal responsibilities.

Earnings and Revenue

As an independent contractor with arenaflex, your earnings will vary based on the client you're working with and your performance metrics. Our competitive rates typically range from $14 to $20 per hour, and you'll have the opportunity to earn additional incentives based on client and performance metrics. You'll be paid for your work on a contract basis, and you'll be responsible for your own taxes and benefits.

• Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
• Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app

Work Environment Requirements

To provide exceptional customer service, you'll need to work in a quiet, uninterrupted space with an organized desk area. You'll be responsible for maintaining a professional and comfortable work environment that meets arenaflex's standards.

Contractual Relationship

As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for your own taxes and benefits. You'll enter into a contractual relationship with arenaflex, and you'll be asked to agree to the terms and conditions of the contract. You'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment, and arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings.

Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
