Experienced Customer Success Specialist – Mandarin & English Support for arenaflex's Food Ordering App

At arenaflex, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way people interact with our innovative food ordering app. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and service. We're seeking highly motivated and skilled Customer Success Specialists to join our team, working a night shift schedule from Monday to Sunday, 12:00 am – 11:00 am (5 days a week, 8 working hours + 1 hour break). Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers using our food ordering app. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers in placing online orders and providing support through phone calls
  • Processing payments securely and proactively supporting customers to maintain brand reputation
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborating with the team to improve customer support and maintain service quality
  • Maintaining and improving service quality through continuous process improvement and feedback

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with a preference for call center experience (but not mandatory)
  • B2 level proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening and customer service orientation
  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum speed of 40wpm and 90% accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be advantageous:

  • Proficiency in Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Experience working in a rotational shift environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes

Technical Skills

As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll need to be proficient in:

  • Microsoft Windows and Office
  • Typing speed of at least 40wpm with 90% accuracy
  • Computer literacy, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
