About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Part-Time Personal Assistant to join our team. As a remote data entry and administrative support specialist, you will be responsible for executing a range of general clerical tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and communication management. This is a flexible part-time opportunity that offers a unique chance to work from the comfort of your own home, college, or any location that suits you best.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating assignments and managing multiple tasks while remaining organized and focused
  • Scheduling and balancing appointments, as well as managing calendars and schedules
  • Handling all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and messages
  • Assisting with special projects and tasks, including data entry, research, and administrative support
  • Paying bills and managing expenses, as well as maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and stakeholders
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
