About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a critical member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring that their needs are met. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide innovative solutions that enable business capabilities
• Participate in the design and development of creative batch and streaming data applications using AWS technologies
• Support large-scale data pipelines in a distributed and scalable environment
• Enable and optimize production AWS environment for data infrastructure and frameworks
• Establish containers and Serverless platform with cloud infrastructure
• Provide technical guidance and direction to the team and guide them in resolving questions/issues

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A bachelor's degree and 8+ years of professional experience
• 4+ years of professional experience managing infrastructure and data pipelines using Cloud Solution, Terraform, PySpark, Airflow, or similar technologies
• 2+ years of experience leading a team that designs, develops, or supports solutions on AWS
• Working knowledge of common AWS technologies - EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, Glue, SNS, others
• General familiarity with other AWS technologies
• Working knowledge with CI/CD tools, SQL, Python, Spark, Version control system, JIRA
• Hands-on experience with any object-oriented programming language
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will be an asset:

• AWS Certification - Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or similar
• Experience with Data Quality tools - Great Expectations, Deequ, or similar
• Excellent knowledge and experience with Linux operating system or Windows
