About the Role

In this temporary capacity, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a legendary experience with arenaflex. Our customer service hours are from 8 AM to 8 PM every day, and we're looking for candidates who can commit to at least 24 hours of availability per week, working 6-8 hour shifts, particularly on our busiest days, which are Mondays and Tuesdays. As a Customer Service Home Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers to arenaflex and assist them with placing orders, providing a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and services, ensuring that customers have all the information they need to make informed decisions.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with customers, embodying the arenaflex spirit and values.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support, going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions, ensuring that all customers receive a consistent and high-quality experience.

Requirements for Success

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a tech-savvy spirit. You should be able to learn new systems quickly and have a quiet, dedicated workspace that meets our requirements, including a personal computer, a webcam, and a headset with a microphone for video calls. Additionally, you should be available to work at least 24 hours per week, including busy days like Mondays and Tuesdays.
