Job Summary

We're seeking two experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales goals, and working closely with our sales team to create and review quotes. Primary Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Meeting weekly, monthly, and quarterly lead generation, follow-up, and sales goals
• Fielding questions via phone, email, or online chat from prospective and existing customers
• Assisting with customer orders, complaints, shipments, cancellations, and other queries
• Maintaining strict customer standards and customer confidentiality
• Processing orders, preparing correspondences, and fulfilling customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
• Working with customers to find what they want, create solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process
• Liaising between customers and vendors to ensure ordered products are in stock, lead times are acceptable, and tracking information is provided in a timely fashion
• Keeping records of customer interactions, customer contacts, and account updates in Hubspot CRM
• Performing cost-benefit and needs analysis of customers to meet their needs
• Working hand-in-hand with the sales team to create and review quotes to ensure that the products offered satisfy buying requirements and company margin expectations
• Preparing and submitting weekly sales reports to management

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

• A bachelor's degree in Biology, Science, or another Life Sciences major
• Experience in Genomics Research, Cell Biology Research, Proteomics, or Analytical Chemistry is a big plus
• Two years of experience in eCommerce, call center, or technical support is preferred
• Two years of experience in a professional working environment
• Strong computer skills for documentation and data management (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks, highly organized
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced work environments

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a laboratory product distribution company

• Knowledge of laboratory products and equipment
• Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Hubspot
• Experience with sales and marketing software, such as Salesforce

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

• $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Shift and Location

We're looking for candidates who are available to work a morning shift. The work location is in person, and relocation to Houston, TX 77002 is required before starting work.
