About the Role

We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a Senior General Ledger Accountant to join our dynamic team. As a Senior GL Accountant, you will play a critical role in driving process improvements, ensuring accurate reporting of working costs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and monthly account reconciliations for specific areas of the general ledger
• Be a key owner of the monthly close process for assigned regions and foreign entities
• Maintain financial records for management and GAAP consolidated financial statements using accepted methodologies
• Assist with providing forecasts to external auditors for annual audits and quarterly reviews
• Communicate with FP&A, operational partners, and external parties regarding significant accounting matters
• Conduct ad-hoc investigations and projects to drive process improvement initiatives

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA certification a plus
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, PCAOB standards, SOX/internal controls
• Experience with NetSuite, Coupa, GSuite preferred
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong business acumen and process-oriented mindset
• Data-driven and detail-focused with excellent spreadsheet skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong time management and organizational skills
