Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, escalating complex cases to senior team members when necessary
  • Provide information about products and services, including features, benefits, and promotions
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products, increasing customer satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

* Fluency in English (both written and verbal)

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, managing competing demands and deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly, including arenaflex's proprietary customer service software
