Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Agent for arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for customers who require assistance with bookings, cancellations, and general inquiries. Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote support environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in using computer software and systems, including CRM and ticketing systems
