  • Maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products and services, including the EAP Worklife program, to provide informed support to customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting the well-being of our employees through the EAP Worklife program.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely manner, collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
  • Communicate effectively with EAP Worklife customers through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat, adapting your communication style to meet the needs of each customer.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in policies and procedures related to EAP Worklife services, applying this knowledge to continuously improve customer service processes and procedures.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries, ensuring that all customer information is handled confidentially and in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
