Job Summary

As an Email Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through live chat, email, and phone support. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to their problems. You will also be responsible for creating and updating sales materials, documents, and presentations to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages, emails, and phone calls from customers in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving their issues and answering their questions
  • Create and update sales materials, documents, and presentations to support our business objectives
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and resolve customer issues, improving our overall customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including chat logs, email correspondence, and phone calls
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • The ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Tech-savviness, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other productivity tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • A minimum availability of 10 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, sales, or a related field

  • Proficiency in multiple languages, including English
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
