Responsibilities

As a Call Center Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls and providing assistance to customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Making outbound calls to follow up on inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Handling customer complaints and finding appropriate solutions to resolve issues efficiently
  • Accurately entering customer information into our database to ensure seamless communication and record-keeping
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including call handling time, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Qualifications

To succeed as a Call Center Agent at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or similar environment
