Job Overview
As a Remote Customer Technical Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to residential and small business customers, resolving technical issues, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot customer technical issues using guided workflows, walking customers through step-by-step resolutions to solve issues on the first call
- Presentation of arenaflex's Virtual Service Call process, which saves customers time and money
- Assist customers with scheduling an onsite technician visit if required, after positively positioning virtual and self-serve options
- Provide excellent customer interactions and experiences using empathy, soft skills, and connecting with customers
- Maintain a private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace that meets company standards, with adequate internet bandwidth to perform the role
- Passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience, including comprehensive issue resolution
- Be fluid with changes and receptive to feedback towards ongoing performance improvements and technological enhancements
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Troubleshooting skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a starting hourly rate of $17.00 per hour, with incremental increases of $0.50 every 30 days until reaching $20.00 per hour. We also offer a range of benefits, including healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and paid time off. Our employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year, with increasing accrual rates after the first year. We also offer six paid holidays and a range of other perks and benefits.
