Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist (Typist), you will be responsible for:

  • Executing entry-level application administration tasks as part of our critical migration initiative, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Establishing and managing organizational profiles and user accounts in our new system, maintaining data integrity and security.
  • Providing support to various divisions by working designated shifts to fulfill team requirements, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with team members and end users.
  • Working closely with team members and end users to ensure a smooth transition to the new platform, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills:

  • Typing Skills: Demonstrate fast and precise typing at a minimum speed of 40 words per minute, with the ability to maintain accuracy and speed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech Proficiency: Possess familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel for effective data management, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Communication: Exhibit strong proficiency in English; bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are highly valued, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and end users.
  • Customer Service: Previous experience in a helpdesk or support role will be advantageous, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Reliability: Maintain a strong internet connection and capacity to work remotely, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
