Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry & Claims Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Accurately processing and managing claims data, ensuring alignment with established procedures and timelines.
- Making routine decisions based on discretion, escalating significant matters as necessary.
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date member records, confirming eligibility and effective dates for benefits.
- Applying policy provisions effectively and handling sensitive customer data with discretion and confidentiality.
- Demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to customer needs, ensuring high-quality service in all tasks.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Education: A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: No prior experience is required, as on-the-job training will be provided.
- Skills:
+ Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision and speed. + High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. + Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). + Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Salary
