About arenaflex's Data Management Team Our Data Management team is a vital part of arenaflex's operations, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. As a Data Entry Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our team's efforts to collect, process, and analyze data from various sources. This is a part-time, work-from-home position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities As a Data Entry Assistant, you'll be responsible for: * Conducting phone and online research to collect data from various sources * Entering data into our systems with accuracy and attention to detail * Collaborating with the Data Management team to ensure data quality and consistency * Providing support for data-related projects and initiatives * Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data security protocols * Working a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, and weekends Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A strong interest in data entry and research with an organization dedicated to service excellence * A minimum of 20 hours per week availability, with up to 29 hours available * Expertise using the internet as a research tool and computer savvy * Previous experience in data entry or an adjacent role * Professional, ambitious, adaptable, and hard-working with attention to detail * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Deadline-oriented with excellent telephone and customer-service skills (comfortable cold-calling) * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools: Word, Publisher, and Excel * Strong understanding of the food, beverage, and restaurant industry, including classifications and types * General understanding of menu structure * Foodservice experience a plus Additional Information The pay range for this position is between $14-$16 hourly, based on experience. arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits and perks that support your well-being and career growth.
