Role Overview The Virtual Assistant role at blithequark is multifaceted, focusing on property management, platform management, and guest communications. Your primary responsibilities will include managing reservations, coordinating housekeeping services, arranging amenities, addressing guest issues, and resolving them in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for providing accurate and detailed information about our properties and the neighborhoods our guests are visiting. This position requires a unique blend of customer service skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

Guest and Reservation Management: Manage all aspects of guest interactions, from initial inquiries through to post-stay follow-arenaflex, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly. Virtual Property Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of our properties, including coordinating with cleaning services, arranging for amenities, and ensuring that all properties are guest-ready. Cleaner Management, Scheduling, and Coordination: Work closely with our cleaning team to schedule and coordinate cleaning services, ensuring that all properties are maintained to our high standards. Success Metrics and Expectations To be successful in this role, you will need to maintain a quick response rate to all inquiries, resolve guest issues with a high sense of urgency (ideally within 3 hours or ASAP), and contribute to achieving a review rating of 4.8 or higher. These metrics are crucial as they directly impact our reputation and the overall guest experience. Required Skills and Qualifications 2+ years of customer service experience, with a focus on providing exceptional support in fast-paced environments. 2+ years of vacation rental customer service or hotel experience, demonstrating an understanding of the hospitality industry and its unique challenges. Must be available to work during normal U.S. business hours, with flexibility to adapt to the needs of our global guest base. Preferred Skills and Qualifications Experience with arenaflex customer service, having worked directly with the platform and understood its intricacies. Ability to work with multiple technology platforms in a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies as needed, showcasing your adaptability and eagerness to embrace innovation.
