Position Overview

We are seeking a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist to join our team remotely. This role involves accurately entering, managing, and updating data to ensure the smooth operation of our business processes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inputting and updating data into various systems with precision and speed, reviewing and verifying data for accuracy and completeness, organizing and maintaining data records to ensure easy retrieval, collaborating with team members to resolve discrepancies, and maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

* Proven experience in data entry or a similar role (minimum 1 year).

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and other data management tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with data management systems and processes.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
