Job Overview

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating programs that ensure a positive donor experience, supporting our Customer Experience initiatives. As a Customer Experience Associate at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our donors, chairpersons, and employees to create engaging experiences, address customer concerns, and provide feedback to our management team. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite donor engagement at specific arenaflex mobile blood drives, creating a positive and welcoming experience for our donors.
  • Exhibit an enthusiastic and professional demeanor when interacting with our donors, chairpersons, and arenaflex employees, ensuring a consistent and exceptional level of customer service.
  • Receive and process communications from internal and external customers, addressing customer concerns, and routing issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
  • Act as a liaison for customer/donor issues, providing timely and effective solutions, and ensuring follow-up with customers to guarantee their concerns are addressed.
  • Advocate for our Service Program, promoting colleague engagement and conversation during mobile blood drives, and ensuring our organization's Corporate Culture is demonstrated by our employees.
  • Provide ongoing Customer Experience feedback to arenaflex Management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing "Best Practices" for customer engagement and retention.
  • Develop and execute action plans to increase donor engagement, providing positive engagement opportunities, and capturing the "voice of the donor" through reports and feedback.
  • Represent the voice of the donor, providing input into every core Customer Experience initiative and process, and ensuring that our organization's policies and procedures support our goals and values.
  • Complete administrative tasks correctly and on time, assisting with reports, events, and required paperwork as needed.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate's Degree (Bachelor's desirable) from an accredited college or university, plus a minimum of three years of customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two years of customer service experience is preferred in a client-facing opportunity, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced experience in Excel preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to type 50 wpm, with good attention to detail, accuracy, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Healthcare experience is highly desirable, with a valid Texas Driver's License (TDL) and an acceptable driving record.
