As a key member of our front-end pharmacy team, you will be responsible for performing order entry tasks, collaborating with other team members in the medication dispensing process, and providing exceptional customer service. Day in the Life

As an Overnight Pharmacy Technician Data Entry and Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, your day will be filled with a variety of challenging and rewarding tasks. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Triage customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required
• Calculate and/or verify correct dosage based on prescriptions
• Assist in reviewing narcotic Rx's to ensure timely processing
• Provide dispensing pharmacist with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items that the computer flags
• Create and maintain accurate customer records
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless medication dispensing process
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to bring the following qualifications and skills:

• Certification, licensure, or registration as a pharmacy technician, or as required by state law
• One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or working in a call center
• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following skills and experiences are preferred:

• Prior experience in the long-term care industry
• PTCB National Certification
• Education beyond high school diploma or GED

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $28.46 per hour. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
