Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, even in the most challenging situations.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries, addressing their concerns, and resolving their issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
  • Developing a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, enabling you to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, using our CRM system to track and analyze customer data.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas, ensuring a cohesive and effective customer service team.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
  • Managing a team of junior customer service representatives, mentoring and guiding them to achieve their full potential.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
  • The ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with stressed or upset customers.
  • Comfort and proficiency using computers, including our CRM system and other software applications.
  • Experience working in customer support, preferably in a call center or remote work environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • A customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
