Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for receiving, collecting, reviewing, and entering data into our computer system or tracking database. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all data recorded. You'll also provide basic reports, support other staff members, and contribute to the overall success of our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Read source documents and enter data in specific data fields accurately, ensuring the highest level of precision and attention to detail.

  • Collect, compile, sort, and verify the accuracy or completeness of data before it's entered, using your analytical skills to identify and correct errors.
  • Perform data integrity tasks by locating and correcting data entry errors, or reporting them to supervisors, to maintain the integrity of our database.
  • Scan or upload documents, utilizing your technical skills to efficiently manage and process data.
  • Perform routine office/lab duties, such as answering phones and maintaining supplies, to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Maintain logs of activities and completed work, filing completed documents in appropriate locations or distributing them as needed.
  • Provide data lists, spreadsheets, and reports to support the needs of our team and stakeholders.
  • Create or modify databases according to the needs of the department, utilizing your technical expertise to design and implement effective solutions.
  • Provide direction or assistance to users of information regarding data requirements and status of paperwork, training other data entry employees as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as required, contributing to the overall success of our team.

Requirements

* High School diploma or GED required; Associates degree/Bachelors Degree preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in data entry, administration, or a related field.

  • Two years of experience in data entry, administration, or a related field, with a proven track record of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
