Responsibilities
As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk – MSO Operations Support, you will be responsible for:
- Entering work orders for dental and laboratory handpieces with precision and accuracy
- Reviewing work orders to verify customer warranty claims, ensuring that all necessary information is complete and accurate
- Accurately entering data into corresponding fields within various software programs, including Microsoft Office
- Completing warranty work for various vendors, tracking items to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Acting as a backup to our Customer Service Representatives, assisting with taking overflow telephone calls during high call volumes
- Participating in special projects and performing other duties as required
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a relevant position, such as data entry or customer service
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is preferred, but not required
- A High School degree or equivalent is required
- The ability to read, understand, and perform standard procedures and work instructions
- Basic math and logic skills are required
- Basic computer skills and software use (email, document prep, and spreadsheets) are desired
