Responsibilities

As an Inbound Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and resolving issues efficiently.
• Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and dealerships.
• Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients build strong relationships with their customers.
• Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights to inform future sales and marketing strategies.
• Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus).
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
• A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
