Job Summary

As a remote work from home data entry clerk, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support to our customers, including data entry, customer service, and clerical tasks. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service and that our operations run smoothly. If you're a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Place outbound customer contacts, follow-up emails to customers, and respond to basic inquiries

  • Update and maintain customer call data source, including improving and following up on customer support logs and all customer profiles
  • Manage support; profile page creation/updating
  • Filing, Information access, and Document production
  • Create and update customer service issue tickets
  • Support in the preparation of all correspondence associated with the customer assistance process and manage unique management ventures, including overflow work from teams, including word-processing, data entry, and Internet research jobs
  • Manage the business's lobby area: Greet and direct all visitors, merchants, clients, work applicants, and customers. Straight and seat all visitors to their appointed offices and conference room and alert staff members of their arrival/appointment
  • General office roles include but are not limited to submitting, data access, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and task job
  • Responsible for checking out supply products

Essential Qualifications

* Work Remotely

  • MS Office Suite proficient
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to follow guidelines and company policies to perform essential work functions
  • Demonstrated analytical capabilities
  • Energetic and focused with the skills to multi-task and prioritize requests
  • Higher interest to detail and sturdy organizational skills are required
  • Problem-solving capacities; lively, centered, and capable to multitask
  • Have the potential to partner with minimum oversight and solve internal concerns

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in customer service or administrative roles

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with data entry and data management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
