Key Responsibilities

As a Ticket/Gate Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Greeting customers and guiding them through the check-in and boarding process
• Assisting passengers with ticketing and baggage check-in
• Ensuring that customers have the necessary documentation for their journey
• Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts (up to 70 pounds)
• Operating loading bridges
• Opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
• Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
• Scheduling is based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight

What You Need to Succeed

To be a successful Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

• To be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
• Proficiency in English
