The Role
As an Experienced Social Media Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for selling coaching programs to businesses through various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. You'll work closely with our client success team to start authentic conversations that lead to sales, and you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Start new conversations with potential clients through social media platforms
- Follow up with leads and close sales to achieve revenue targets
- Grow your social media presence and engage with your audience to increase brand awareness
- Collaborate with our client success team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Manage and respond to active leads and sales opportunities
- Participate in daily communication and management tasks to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
- Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection and a fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
- Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends)
- Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil
- Proven experience of at least 4 months in sales/customer service roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High interest and commitment to learning, making money, and working with trial and error
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working from home and managing remote teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
- Experience with social media marketing and sales
- Strong leadership and coaching skills

Pay and Benefits
* Fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development
- Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200/month
- Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month
- Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month
- No limit on commissions
