About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, providing inbound customer support via phone and internet. Key Responsibilities:

Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Open availability, with a willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing business needs
• A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in mathematics and language skills
