Job Overview

We are seeking an Entry Level Data Entry and Analysis Specialist to join our team. As a Data Entry and Analysis Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations by planning and executing cycles and arrangements related to a wide variety of informational indexes. You will work under moderate supervision to gain insights into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect structured and unstructured data from multiple dissimilar sources.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to a wide variety of informational indexes utilized for information/text mining, and analysis to enable informed business decisions.
• Gain insights into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect structured and unstructured data from multiple dissimilar sources.
• Develop solutions from initial concept to production and communicate results to a wide range of audiences.
• Utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to management, via understanding of the business model and the data available for analysis.
• Regularly use data, statistical and quantitative analysis, limited modeling, and fact-based management to drive navigation.
• Mentor less senior staff and work in cross-functional teams and projects, presenting to management as required.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, Economics, or Finance.
• At least 3 years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business problem-solving, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis.
• Proficiency in analysis software and applications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are considered an advantage:

• Experience or coursework with SAFE Agile.
• Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; mathematical modeling; discrete data analysis.
• Microsoft Power BI.

• Automation.

• Basic Accounting Knowledge.
