Job Overview

As a Member Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of our 100% remote Contact Center team, dedicated to providing top-notch support to our members, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and address inquiries in a timely and professional manner. This is a full-time, work-from-home position that offers a unique opportunity to develop your customer service skills, gain valuable knowledge in the healthcare sector, and advance your career in a rapidly growing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and respond to incoming calls and emails from members, pharmacies, and doctor's offices regarding medication requests, benefits, and other inquiries
  • Investigate and resolve member complaints in a courteous and efficient manner, escalating issues to senior team members when necessary
  • Adhere to and reinforce arenaflex's standard operating procedures, training guidelines, and HIPAA regulations to ensure compliance and maintain the highest standards of quality
  • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing business needs

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without requiring a work visa or residency sponsorship
  • A dedicated, secure, and private home workspace with a reliable internet connection (cable, DSL, or fiber) and a quiet environment with minimal distractions
  • Availability for a 6-8 week training program

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Call center experience, particularly in the healthcare industry
  • Remote work experience and a proven ability to work independently
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Strong PC skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and professionalism
