As an Online Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:- Responding to a diverse range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely information about our products and services.
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences through chat interactions, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported throughout their journey.
- Assisting customers in scheduling appointments based on their needs, providing personalized solutions to meet their requirements.
- Cultivating and updating an extensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Collecting and documenting customer contact details for lead generation and client follow-up, ensuring that our dealer clients receive valuable leads and conversions.
- Summarizing customer interactions, highlighting their needs for client review and analysis.
Required Skills

Qualifications
While previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is advantageous, it's not mandatory. We're looking for individuals with:- A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
- The ability to pass a background check.
- Previous experience in an office environment, customer interaction, call center, or customer service setting is preferred.
