The Role
As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our policyholders, third parties, and agents through inbound telephone calls. Your primary goal will be to promote digital self-service capabilities and build value for our customers, while also ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, provide product information, and address any concerns they may have.
Responsibilities
* Promote digital self-service capabilities to customers
- Take ownership of customer interactions to ensure that their needs are met and exceeded
- Utilize every touch point as an opportunity to build value and the arenaflex brand
- Assist customers over the phone with their insurance-related inquiries
- Learn and understand arenaflex's insurance products and processes during training
- Commit to the training and work schedule
- Maintain a dedicated workspace free from distractions during work and training hours
Qualifications
* A demonstrated background in customer service, call center, insurance, retail, restaurant, or a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced complex environment while navigating multiple programs
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize with customers and colleagues
- Adaptability
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
- Spanish bilingual a plus

Compensation and Benefits
* Base pay is $22 per hour with the opportunity for growth
- Annualized base pay range is $40,685 - $61,027
