Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our High-Level Examination, Content group. As a key member of our team, you'll apply advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions, identify new content opportunities, and optimize our content release and episode discharge strategy. Key Responsibilities
* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
- Analyze client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
- Forecast content engagement to inform acquisition decisions
- Enhance our content release and episode discharge strategy
- Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
- Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation
- Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
- Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis and AI techniques
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and apply creativity to complex problems
- Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
Good TO-HAVES
* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- An enthusiasm for media and entertainment
