Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Analytics Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a remote role. As a key member of our Examination Group, you will lead account-level knowledge for Southwest Business, providing critical insights to drive business growth. Your expertise in data entry, research, and analysis will help us make informed decisions and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

* Gather data from various sources, including but not limited to, Record Administrators, Salesforce, and arenaflex Data Sets.

• Research and verify the accuracy of external data sources.
• Scrutinize and design data to convert into system-compatible formats.
• Support Record Directors in meeting requests and requirements.
• Utilize Salesforce to update account details, upload data, and manage projects.
• Participate in special projects and data analysis requests.
• Provide customized reporting and recommendations to support business decisions or initiatives.
• Develop presentations with data-driven insights for various levels of management.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Business, Data Science, Analytics, or related field).

• 2+ years of experience in data entry, research, or analysis.
• Proficient in Salesforce and data analysis tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
