Job Summary

As a Patient Care Advocate, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, responding to phone inquiries and addressing their concerns with empathy, care, and attention to detail. You'll work closely with patients to understand their pharmacy benefits, track interactions, and provide expert advice to ensure they receive the best possible care. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to patient phone inquiries and address their concerns with empathy, care, and attention to detail

• Help patients understand their pharmacy benefits and provide expert advice to ensure they receive the best possible care
• Track patient interactions and document all conversations in real-time
• Identify and empathetically address patient concerns, escalating issues as necessary
• Collaborate with patients to resolve issues and provide solutions that meet their needs
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure exceptional patient care

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED required

• College degree or Junior College degree with a healthcare focus preferred
• 1 year of relevant customer care experience
• Intermediate to Advanced PC knowledge
• Ability to navigate multiple screens and systems
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Flexibility to work specified shifts and extended hours as necessary

Preferred Qualifications
