Job Summary

As a remote Freight Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex's cargo operations, providing exceptional customer service to our clients through direct communication and phone support. This is a full-time, section-level customer service position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering results. Our team leaders will provide mentorship and guidance to help you excel in your role and advance your career.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients through direct communication and phone support

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless cargo transportation and delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and cargo movements
  • Work flexible hours, including early morning and evening shifts, to accommodate our clients' needs
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, logistics)

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early morning and evening shifts

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the logistics or transportation industry

  • Knowledge of cargo operations and regulations
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
