Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Specialist with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Actively listening and probing callers in a professional and timely manner to determine the purpose of the calls
  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
  • Providing swift, thorough, friendly, and effective customer service to all internal and external customers, remaining focused on creating great customer experiences
  • Resolving issues by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and expediting correction or adjustment
  • Having access to personal health information ("PHI") necessary to fulfill the above duties and responsibilities
  • Effectively working with others and promoting teamwork to generate positive and creative results

Key Qualifications:

To be successful as a Customer Support Specialist with arenaflex, you will need:

  • Ability to work every weekend, 3rd shift (Saturdays 8pm-8am and Sundays 8pm-8:30am)
  • High school diploma
  • One (1) year experience in customer service
  • Ability to work in a remote setting with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines, and effectively handle a heavy workload
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, with clinical and non-clinical personnel
  • Proficient in software programs and able to navigate between computer systems
  • Ability to sit in front of a computer for long periods of time
  • Travel is required for training and onsite orientation at an office nearest to you
