Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

• Provide personalized support to members, suppliers, and other divisions, ensuring a seamless experience
• Guide members through their plan of benefits, arenaflex strategy, and methodology, as well as providing access to relevant resources and information
• Build strong relationships with members by actively listening, empathizing, and addressing their needs
• Maintain accurate records and track contacts with members, suppliers, and plan supports
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
• Stay up-to-date on arenaflex policies, procedures, and products to ensure accurate information and support

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, healthcare)

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and colleagues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
