What You'll Do
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll work closely with our marketing and sales team to provide exceptional support to our clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and effective manner
- Drafting answers to product questions and providing detailed information about our services
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and ensure their needs are met
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to clients
- Analyzing customer feedback and using it to improve our services and processes

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)
- 5+ years of full-time work experience, with a minimum of 2+ years in customer relationship management
- Strong time management and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- High emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and accountability
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a data-driven mindset and attention to detail

Time Commitments
* Ability to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours (9 a.m. – 6 p.m. ET)
- 40 hours per week, with a successful candidate offered a 3-month trial period to ensure a good fit for both parties

* Competitive hourly rate: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
