What You'll Do

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll work closely with our marketing and sales team to provide exceptional support to our clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and effective manner
  • Drafting answers to product questions and providing detailed information about our services
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and ensure their needs are met
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to clients
  • Analyzing customer feedback and using it to improve our services and processes

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)

  • 5+ years of full-time work experience, with a minimum of 2+ years in customer relationship management
  • Strong time management and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • High emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and accountability
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a data-driven mindset and attention to detail
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and a self-starter mentality
  • An attitude of humility, combined with a pursuit of excellence and a mindset of continuous learning

Time Commitments

* Ability to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours (9 a.m. – 6 p.m. ET)

  • 40 hours per week, with a successful candidate offered a 3-month trial period to ensure a good fit for both parties
