Job Summary

As a Remote Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our team's administrative functions, ensuring seamless data entry, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Perform various administrative tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of arenaflex's policies, procedures, and systems

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-3 years of experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Basic English written and spoken language skills

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
